Christopher McGahern is the founder of CM² Signature Inspection Services, delivering disciplined, high-caliber property inspections throughout Northern California. With executive leadership experience in large-scale operational environments, Christopher brings operational rigor, risk mitigation strategy, and systems-based thinking to every engagement.
Christopher is NHIE Certified, a Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds an MBA. He performs inspections in alignment with InterNACHI Standards of Practice and California statutory requirements. His background spans residential and commercial construction, Material Handling Equipment (MHE) automation systems, and real estate investment experience—equipping him with a trained, detail-oriented eye for identifying material defects, life-safety concerns, and risk exposure within the scope of a professional visual inspection.
